Terms of delivery and pickup of orders
1. Delivery of orders
Delivery of orders is carried out within the city of Yerevan. When placing an order, the Buyer can choose the most convenient order delivery option:
• Standard delivery
• Personal delivery
The delivery cost is calculated depending on the option chosen by the Buyer and is valid only within the city of Yerevan.
The cost, date and time of delivery to other regions of the Republic of Armenia are calculated individually by the manager of the online store and agreed with the Buyer.
Standard delivery
Delivery is carried out on the same day or on any nearest day chosen by the Buyer (but no more than +2 days from the current date). There are several time periods for order delivery:
• 08:00 to 12:00
• 12:00 to 16:00
• 16:00 to 20:00
• 20:00 to 24:00
The online store automatically calculates the nearest time period in which delivery of the order is possible. The buyer can choose a later delivery time slot that is convenient for him.
Attention! With the “Standard Delivery” option, delivery of orders placed in the online store after 22:00 is available starting the next day.
Personal delivery
Delivery is carried out on the same day or on any nearest day chosen by the Buyer (but no more than +2 days from the current date). In this delivery option, more precise time intervals are available that the Buyer can choose, as well as an option for urgent delivery (As soon as possible).
The online store automatically calculates the nearest time period in which delivery of the order is possible. The buyer can choose any available delivery time slot, as well as use the express delivery option.
Attention! With the “Personal Delivery” option, delivery of orders placed in the online store after 23:00 is available starting the next day.

2. Pickup of orders from the store
Customers can pick up their orders from the store by selecting the appropriate option at checkout. Also, for self-pickup, it is necessary to indicate the store where it will be convenient for the Buyer to pick up the order and the time period by which the order must be collected.
