Privacy Policy

1. Terms and definitions

The current personal data privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) works with the following concepts:

1.1. Online store https://rockfour.am/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) – a site that sells goods via the Internet and allows Users online, in their browser or through a mobile application, to form an order for the purchase of goods, choose a method of payment and delivery order and pay for the order.

1.2. Administration of the online store website https://rockfour.am/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration). These are specialists representing the interests of the organization, whose responsibilities include managing the site, that is, organizing and (or) processing personal data received on it. To fulfill these responsibilities, they must clearly understand why the information is processed, what information should be processed, what actions (operations) should be performed with the information received.

1.3. Personal data – information that is directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable individual (also called the subject of personal data).

1.4. Processing of personal data – any operation (action) or set of such that the Administration performs with personal data. They can be collected, recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, refined (updated or changed if necessary), retrieved, used, transferred (distributed, provided, made available), anonymized, blocked, deleted and destroyed. These operations (actions) can be performed either automatically or manually.

1.5. Confidentiality of personal data – a mandatory requirement for the official working with the User’s data to keep the information received secret, without revealing it to outsiders, unless the User who provided the personal data has expressed his consent, and there is no legal basis for disclosure.

1.6. Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has visited the website of the online store https://rockfour.am/, as well as using its services.

1.7. Cookies – a short piece of data sent by a web browser or web client to a web server in an HTTP request whenever the User tries to open the https://rockfour.am/ online store page. The fragment is stored on the User's computer. More details about the use of cookies are described in the section – Cookie Policy.

1.8. IP-address is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the TCP/IP protocol.

2. General terms

2.1. Browsing the Site, as well as using its services, implies automatic consent to the adopted Privacy Policy, which implies the User providing personal data for processing.

2.2. If the User does not accept the existing Privacy Policy, he must leave the Site and refuse to use its services.

2.3. This Privacy Policy only applies to the site https://rockfour.am/. If the User accesses the resources of third parties, the Site Administration is not responsible for his actions.

2.4. Verifying the accuracy of the personal data that the User who accepted the Privacy Policy decided to provide is not the responsibility of the Site Administration.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

3.1. According to the current Privacy Policy, the Site Administration is obliged not to disclose personal data provided by Users registering on the site or placing an order for the purchase of goods, and also ensure absolute confidentiality of this data.

3.2. To provide personal data, the User fills out the electronic forms located on the Site. The User's personal data that is subject to processing are:
     • Name, Surname, Last name;
     • contact phone number;
     • e-mail address;
     • the address to which the purchased product should be delivered;
     • the User's residential address.

3.3. The protection of data automatically transmitted when viewing advertising blocks and visiting pages with statistical system scripts (pixels) installed on them is carried out by the Site. Here is a list of this data:
    • IP-address;
    • Information from cookies;
    • information about the browser (or other program through which advertising becomes available);
    • time of visiting the site;
    • address of the page on which the advertising unit is located;
    • referrer (previous page address).

3.4. The consequence of disabling cookies may be the inability to access parts of the Site that require authorization.

3.5. The site collects statistics about the IP addresses of all visitors. This information is needed to identify and solve possible technical problems.

3.6. The above and any other unspecified personal information (for example, when and what purchases were made, what browser was used, what operating system was installed, etc.) are securely stored and not distributed. The Privacy Policy provides an exception for the cases described in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of the section “Methods and terms for processing personal data”.

4. Purposes of collecting the User’s personal data

The collection of the User’s personal data by the Site Administration is carried out in order to:

4.1. Identify the User who has completed the registration procedure on the website of the online store https://rockfour.am/ in order to place an order and (or) purchase store goods remotely.

4.2. Provide the User with access to personalized resources of this site.

4.3. Establish feedback resource with the User, which means, in particular, sending requests and notifications regarding the use of the Site, processing user requests and applications, and providing other services.

4.4. Determine the User's location to ensure payment security and prevent fraud.

4.5. Confirm that the data provided by the User is complete and accurate.

4.6. Create an account to make Purchases, if the User has expressed his desire to do so.

4.7. Notify the User about the status of his order in the https://rockfour.am/ online store.

4.8. Process and receive payments for orders placed by the User.

4.9. Provide the User with the fastest possible solution to problems encountered when using the Site through effective Customer and Technical support.

4.10. Timely inform the User about updated products, familiarize him with unique offers, new prices, news about the activities of the Site or its partners and other information, if the User expresses his consent.

4.11. Advertise products of the https://rockfour.am/ online store, if the User expresses his consent.

4.12. Provide the User with access to the sites or services of the https://rockfour.am/ online store, thereby helping him receive information and services.

5. Methods and terms for processing personal data

5.1. The period for processing the User's personal data is not limited. The processing procedure can be carried out in any way provided by law. In particular, with the help of personal data information systems, which can be maintained automatically or without automation tools.

5.2. The User’s personal data processed by the Site Administration may be transferred to third parties, which include courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunication operators. This is done in order to fulfill the User’s order left on the Site and deliver the goods to the address. The User's consent to such transfer is provided for in the site policy rules.

5.3. Also, personal data processed by the Site Administration may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Republic of Armenia, if this is done on legal grounds and in the manner prescribed by law.

5.4. If personal data is lost or disclosed, the User is notified about this by the Site Administration.

5.5. All actions of the Site Administration are aimed at preventing third parties from accessing the User’s personal data (with the exception of clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of the section “Methods and terms of processing personal data”). This information should not be accessible to the latter, even accidentally, so that they do not destroy it, change or block it, copy or distribute it, or commit other illegal actions. To protect user data, the Administration has a set of organizational and technical measures.

5.6. If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Site Administration, together with the User, is ready to take all possible measures to prevent losses and other negative consequences caused by this situation.

6. Responsibilities of the parties

6.1. The User's responsibilities include:
     • Providing information about yourself that meets the Site requirements.
     • Updating and supplementing the provided information if it changes.
     • Not disclosing to any third parties the login and password used for identification on the Site, as well as maintaining due diligence when storing the login and password and entering them when authorizing on the Site.

6.2. The responsibilities of the Site Administration include:
     • Use of the information received solely for the purposes indicated in the section “Purposes for collecting the User’s personal data” of this Privacy Policy.
     • Ensuring the confidentiality of information received from the User. They must not be disclosed unless the User gives written permission. Also, the Administration does not have the right to sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose personal data transmitted by the User, excluding clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of the section “Methods and terms for processing personal data” of this Privacy Policy..
     • Taking precautions to ensure that the User’s personal data remains strictly confidential, just as this kind of information remains confidential in modern business practices.
     • Deletion of personal user data from the moment the User or his legal representative makes a corresponding request to the e-mail address mail@rockfour.am.

7. Liability of the parties

7.1. In case of failure by the Site Administration to fulfill its own obligations and, as a consequence, the User’s losses incurred due to the unlawful use of the information provided by him, responsibility is assigned to him. The currently existing Privacy Policy makes an exception for the cases reflected in clauses 5.2, 5.3 of the section “Methods and terms of processing of personal data” and clause 7.2 of the section “Liability of the parties”.

7.2. There are a number of cases when the Site Administration is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of personal data. This happens when they:
     • Came into the public domain before being lost or disclosed.
     • Were provided by third parties before the Site Administration received them.
     • Disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. If the User is dissatisfied with the actions of the site Administration and intends to defend his rights in court, before filing a claim, he must file a claim (offer in writing to resolve the conflict voluntarily).

8.2. The Site Administration that has received the complaint is obliged to notify the User in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt of its consideration and the measures taken.

8.3. If both parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to a judicial authority, where it must be considered in accordance with current legislation.

8.4. The regulation of the relationship between the User and the Site Administration in the Privacy Policy is carried out in accordance with current legislation.

9. Additional terms

9.1. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the Client provides his unlimited consent to receive information about the status of orders, account and other technical notifications, as well as promotional notifications, including current marketing promotions and current offers of the Company, through various means, including SMS and email, but not limited to. The Client may at any time refuse to receive such information by changing his account information on the Company’s website.

9.2. This Privacy Policy may be updated over time - for example, in cases of changes in applicable law.

9.3. The new Privacy Policy comes into force after information about it is posted on the Site, unless the changed Policy implies a different posting option.
