Terms of Payment and Return of goods

1. Payment for orders

Payment for purchases on the online store website https://rockfour.am/  is carried out in Armenian drams with the possibility of using the following payment methods:
     • by bank card online;
     • by bank card via POS terminal upon receipt of the order;
     • payment in cash upon receipt of the order;
     • payment through the iDram payment system upon receipt of the order.

You can choose a convenient payment method when placing your order.

Please note! The total order amount will be determined after the goods are assembled and weighed. It may be changed due to the replacement or unavailability of any items or the presence of weighted items in the cart. The order price includes the cost of packaging services and the cost of the selected delivery option.

Payment by bank card online

Payment by bank cards is carried out through "ACBA BANK" OJSC. Cards of payment systems VISA and MasterCard are accepted for payment.

The Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for which modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels are used.

Funds are debited from a bank card only after receiving the order. Until this moment, the required amount will be blocked in the account.

Payment by bank card via POS terminal upon receipt of the order

Payment by bank cards is carried out through "ACBA BANK” OJSC. Cards of payment systems VISA and MasterCard are accepted for payment.

You can pay for your order with a bank card through a POS terminal both for delivery by courier and for pick-up from the store.

Payment in cash upon receipt of the order

Buyers can pay for their orders in cash both when delivering by courier or when picking up the order from the store. Payment is made after receipt of the order and verification of its contents by the Buyer.

Payment through the iDram payment system upon receipt of the order

Payment using the iDram payment system is carried out through “Idram” LLC. You can pay for your order using a QR code after delivery by courier, or upon pickup from the store.

2. Terms of cancellation and return of goods

Cancellation of an order

You can cancel an order only before it is transferred to the delivery service. To do this, you need to contact the online store manager by phone: +374 33 60 90 60 or use the chat on the online store website.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. Buyers may refuse some of the goods upon receipt of the order; in this case, the courier will recalculate the total cost of the order, and the difference in cost, if the order was paid online, will be returned to the customer’s card. If the Buyer refuses the entire order, then the delivery price will be deducted from the order amount.

Return of goods

Good quality food cannot be returned or changed after the order has been redeemed. You can refuse them upon receipt of the order; you must inform the courier about this. After the courier recalculates the order amount, the amount for the actually delivered goods will be presented for payment. If the order was paid for online by card, the bank “freezes” the money. After a check with the total amount is generated, the information is sent to the bank and the difference is released in the client’s account.

Non-food products of good quality can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. The return of such a product is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified product.

The amount paid for the goods is returned in the same way as it was paid: in cash if the purchase was paid for in cash and by transfer to a bank account if the payment was made by bank transfer.
